Tristan simply watched the two of them, absolutely dying to know what was going on. But he knew Cerys wouldn't tell him when it mattered. So he'd have to try and figure things on his own.
All he had so far: That the might know eachother...?
J.L:
She moved to take the wand and he let it go very easily. Though it seemed to take too much effort to move. It didn't make sense. Any of it. She looked familiar...she had the name...but it couldn't be. She wasn't, was she?
. . .
He nodded in response to her words. Alright. He could live wandless for that long. It would be alright....His name?
"Vann."
He paused, unsure if he should say his real name or what he was called. He chose the easier of the two. The more normal one. For Him anyhow.
"J.L."

...Vann.
She stopped moving again. It couldn't be. There was no way. She wanted to ask. J.L.? It was just too...? No. She couldn't do this. She didn't want this, not now. She needed to get out of this situation.
"Where are you living? I'll have it sent to you when I'm finished."
Normally she would have said he could come pick it up but the way things were going she just wanted him to leave. If she didn't have to see him again then everything would be just fine.

J.L. Vann? Didn't sound familiar....But Cerys seemed to think it did.
J.L.:
He watched her, completely entranced by the numb feeling he had. She knew him. He knew she did. That meant that he knew her...That she was...He couldn't wrap his mind around it.
It wasn't right. What would she be doing here? He was away from all that. Right? No. He was wrong.
"Okay."
That was all he could get out.
"At the school."
Which dorm? He couldn't rightly remember. No.

She didn't care, she would figure it out. It was getting harder to breath and she just needed him to go.
"Okay. It'll be ready in a couple days."
She had looked away. His eyes were too much for her.

He continued to watch, completely confused.
J.L.:
"Okay."
He nodded, not noticing until she looked away just how intently he was staring at her. J.L. stood there for a moment, before nodding again.
"Alright...Thank you."
And he turned, heading out the door. His mind completely numbed.

She didn't look up, letting him go. She didn't even watch him leave. Turning his wand in her hands she was trying to turn her brain off, to bury herself in her work but all she could thonk about was that she was holding his wand. It couldn't have been him... had it really been that long? There was just no way...

He watched him walk out of the store, not bothering to say anything until he was gone. He was still too busy trying to figure out what was going on. Then it hit him. And he frowned.
"Cerys. You didn't ask him about payment."

At the sound of Tristan's voice her eyes snapped up, throwing him his usual glare with a mixture of something entirely new. Was she afraid? She would never admit it...
"I'll get it later! Just don't Drystan!"
And with that she finally finished her storm upstairs, hitting every step with her tall black heels until she could slam the door behind her. At least that was normal.

". . ."
He wasn't really sure what to do. He knew that wasn't what it normally was. There was something else. It surprised him a little. Well, it surprised him to the point where he had nothing to say until she was too far gone.
"What the hell...?"
