He shrugged lightly.
"It's okay. Better than you landing on the ground. I think I'm softer."

She giggled softly and nodded.
This was probably a bad idea, but Erin didn't even realise what she was doing. He did that to her. All of a sudden when he was around she was smiling and giggling and she didn't even know why.

"Except the bones. Those are rather hard."
Here he was, laying on the floor. In her class room. Not exactly routine. But he'd take it. She giggled. So it was all worth it.

She couldn't help but giggle a little more.
"Probably."

"I should hope so anyways. They need to keep me standing." He was rambling, really. Not much thought into his words. Except to keep talking. So she wouldn't go.

She nodded in the same giggly manner. Her responses weren't any better than his ramblings but for some reason she didn't even notice.
Was her hand still on his arm?

Yes. Yes it was. And he was extremely happy about that fact. The one where she was actually smiling and giggling at him, and touching his arm. It was a beautiful beautiful fact.
"And I rather like standing." He smiled and- A group of girls were coming into the room, chatting their little heads off.
Great.

She smiled right back.
"Standing is good."
Erin was getting lost. Lost in his smiles, lost in the whole situation. Then the girls giggled their ways in and she remembered exactly where she was.
Scrambling to lean past him, she grabbed the trowel and scrambled even faster to her feet.
"Got it!"
Were her cheeks red? They felt very, very red.

Izzy almost cursed. He wanted to, but wouldn't. Those girls ruined everything. It was all so nice and going so well! He sighed, sitting up.
As he stood he dusted himself off.
"I'll be getting to class, then."

She cleared her throat and looked away from their confused faces and as far away from his as she could. It felt like her whole face was burning.
A quick nod.
"Alright, thank you Isadore."

He nodded, collecting his things. Still smiling a bit.
"You're welcome, Erin. See you later."
And with that, he was gone.

She looked up as he left and her face only grew a darker red.
He had said her name again and she felt it in the pit of her stomach.
Right. She had a class to teach.
