Nothing ever surprised Aqui. Absolutely nothing. In fact there was nothing she hated more than surprises. They scared her. End of story. There was nothing she couldn't figure out with Arithmancy. And if she couldn't figure it out, she didn't bother with it. That's what that meant, as far as she was concerned.
Luckily this was not one of those times. She checked up on her friends constantly. And sometimes she was glad she did....Like now.
Alright. So she knew before Erin that he was going to show up. She never told secrets like that. If Erin didn't know, she wasn't about to tell her.
She was going to show up like nothing was going on. Heels clicking on the floor, blonde hair curly and bouncing a bit with every step. No, she didn't try to look good for this. She was just made that way.
Opening the door to Erins classroom a bit, she peeked in. Then walked in nonchalantly.

Erin was constantly surprised. It happened when you almost never left your home. Er... greenhouse. You didn't really get any news on the outside world. It also didn't really help when your older brother sucked and didn't tell you when he was coming into down. The next games that Puddlemere United were playing hadn't been disclosed yet thanks to a few issues a little while back.
In otherwords she had no idea her brother was on his way.
Or Aqui either for that matter. She was too busy fretting about last night's dinner with Isadore...
Sitting at the table she ate at, Erin was absently eating the strawberries in front of her. Her mind was definitely not here.

Obviously not there.
"Morning~" She took the seat next to her, crossing her legs. "Tea please."
She wasn't trying to sound perky. In fact, she was hiding it. No. She wasn't perky at all. She just wanted tea.
"What are you so intent on?"

It took her a moment to blink and look up at her.
"What? Oh..."
She waved her wand at the teapot, letting it pour her a glass. She shook her head, trying to clear her mind.
"Nothing. Why?"

Once the cup was filled she picked it up, bringing it over to put sugar in it.
"You seem distant. What are you thinking about?"

She sighed, running a hand through her down hair. She was looking a little tired.
"Just a long night."

"How was your day yesterday? Interesting?"
She sipped her tea, leaning back a bit in her chair.

She paused, before frowning.
"What do you know?"
Of course she noticed her mood.

She shrugged, still sipping at her tea.
"I don't know anything."

She didn't believe her. Ever. It's why she eventually sighed, giving up and spilling.
"Isadore came over last night."

She set her tea down, looking up at her.

She hung her head, hands in her hair.
"He snuck up on me while I was feeding the mandrakes."

She looked up at her, hands still tangled in her hair, as if shocked she didn't fully understand. Even though she knew she did. She was just still too appalled.
"I knocked him out, Aqui. He hit the floor."

"He was fine though, wasn't he?"
It wasn't a good situation. But there wasn't anything that said he got seriously injured.
"He's a quidditch player. He's done worse."
