"Animagus?"
No, he wasn't confused on the word. It was a basic word in the wizarding world. No matter what nationality you were.
"What animal?"

Heh.
"I don't know yet..."
It wasn't for her to decide. It would happen as it fit her. Until then she had to just wait and see.

"Do you have any clues?"
He understood only a little of what went into it. The things he'd had to learn in school in Germany. No more than that though.

She paused, looking up at him for a moment. She had been sitting here practicing anyway. Another moment of thought and she shifted her book to one arm, slowly moving the other out in front of her. She took a deep breath and let it out as the long black hair started to sprout from her skin, covering her hand. Hands she could do now. That was easy enough.

. . .
Aldrick hadn't expected a show. Really. There was fur growing from her hand. It was strange. To Transfigure yourself wandless. Something he'd never considered doing.
It was disgustingly interesting. He couldn't really look away.

He was watching and Rini was concentrating, it took a lot of effort. Another deep breath and she let it out, the fur climbing higher up her arm. Soon her nails started to shift, turning the same black as the hair on her arm as their shape started to twist into claws.

"A bear?"
He couldn't help but muse out loud. She didn't strike him as a bear, but it was a hairy black animal. Black bears were anyhow.

She blinked, glancing up at him. His talking had broken her concentration, the hair on her arm dissapearing in an instant as she slumped a bit on the table. She leaned on her arms, tired from the effort.
"What?"

"Maybe a Black Bear. Or something like that."
Though he doubted the bear in her, it was a decent guess. One he was sure she hadn't thought of.

She brushed a bit of hair out of her face, catching her breath. She needed a moment to wrap her brain around what he had said.
"I... maybe..."

He shrugged, watching her for a second.
"It's possible."
He didn't really have too much more to offer her.

She nodded, sitting up a bit.
"It is... I won't know for a long time now."
Urgh. She could really sleep right now...

"You look tired, Rini."
Yes, he was using her name. It was something he couldn't help. He was a flirt. Sue him.

She blinked and glanced up as he used her name. She wasn't going to lie, it made her stomach flip over a bit.
"I'm alright..."

That was exactly what he wanted out of that. He used her name to get a rise out of her. And because he felt like it. Those things happened.
"If you say so."
